1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cooked jasmine rice

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup shredded carrots

1 red bell pepper, sliced

½ cup green onions, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
