8 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool completely.

    Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta cools, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and slice the black olives.
