Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, dried herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

    Lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.

      Add a handful of chopped fresh spinach on top of the chicken mixture for a fresh crunch.

        Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly from the bottom to the top, forming wraps.

          Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy, pressing down lightly with a spatula.

            Once fully cooked, remove from the skillet, slice in half, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

              Serve warm with dipping sauce such as ranch or marinara, if desired.
