2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced black olives

Olive oil for grilling

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Sprinkle a handful of fresh spinach leaves in the center of each tortilla. Add a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture on top of the spinach. Then, sprinkle diced tomatoes and sliced black olives over the filling.
