Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Optional: hot sauce for an extra kick

Instructions

Prepare Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Prepare the Tortillas: Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side. This will make them more pliable and easier to roll.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous scoop of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture in the center. Top with a few fresh spinach leaves and some diced tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

Cook the Wraps: In the same skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy, making sure to turn carefully.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice them in half, if desired, and serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or a drizzle of hot sauce for added flavor.
