Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Heat the Tortillas: In a skillet over medium heat, lightly warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side, just until they are pliable. Remove and set aside.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warmed tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken filling along the center of the tortilla, leaving some space at the edges. Top with a handful of baby spinach and a sprinkle of diced tomatoes.

Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom, ensuring the filling is enclosed. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Cook the Wraps: In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. You may need to work in batches.

Slice and Serve: Once cooked, remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing each wrap in half. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
