Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients
  

2 large flour tortillas

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons (optional for added crunch)

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken with Caesar dressing, and mix until evenly coated.

    Add the chopped romaine lettuce and gently fold it into the chicken mixture.

      Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons (if using) over the mixture, and toss lightly to combine.

        Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly between the two tortillas, placing it in the center of each.

          Fold in the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Ensure it’s snug but not too tight to avoid bursting.

            If desired, you can toast the wraps on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side to achieve a golden brown exterior.

              Slice the wraps in half and serve with lemon wedges for added freshness and flavor.
