Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

4 hamburger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for serving

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties to the skillet.

Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and they are fully cooked.

Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet for about a minute until golden.

To assemble, place each cooked patty on the bottom half of a bun, then add your desired toppings of lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Drizzle extra ranch dressing if desired. Place the top half of the bun on.

Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
