Ingredients

2 large cucumbers

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls, halved

ΒΌ cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Begin by washing the cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them into thin rounds and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls to the bowl with the cucumbers.

Gently fold in the torn fresh basil leaves to the mixture, being careful not to bruise the basil.

Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss all the ingredients together lightly until well combined.

Transfer the salad to a serving platter or bowl. For an extra touch, drizzle a little more balsamic glaze on top before serving.

Serve immediately for the freshest flavors, or chill for 15-30 minutes for a more refreshing taste.
