Ingredients

1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 pound baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Potatoes:

    - Place the halved baby potatoes in a large pot and cover them with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

      Season the Steak:

        - In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Make sure all pieces are well coated.

          Sear the Steak Bites:

            - In a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once the butter is melted and foamy, add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side, ensuring a nice brown crust. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

              Cook the Potatoes:

                - In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the cooked potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Toss gently to coat and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside.

                  Combine and Serve:

                    - Return the steak bites to the skillet with the potatoes. Add the minced garlic and toss everything together. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

                      Garnish and Enjoy:

                        - Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your flavorful garlic butter steak bites and potatoes hot!
