Ingredients

For the Wraps:

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp sweet pickle relish

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce:

    - In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet pickle relish. Mix well until smooth. Set aside.

      Cook the Beef:

        - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook while breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

          - Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

            Assemble the Wraps:

              - Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.

                - Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the special sauce evenly across each tortilla.

                  - Add a line of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.

                    - Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.

                      Wrap It Up:

                        - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing all the fillings. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

                          Optional – Toast the Wraps:

                            - If you prefer a crispy touch, place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

                              Serve:

                                - Cut each wrap in half, serve with additional special sauce on the side for dipping, and enjoy your Homemade Big Mac Wraps!
