1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup hot honey (or adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces.

Season the salmon: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the salmon cubes in the mixture until they are evenly coated.

Arrange on baking sheet: Place the seasoned salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake the salmon: Bake the salmon bites for 10-12 minutes, or until they are just cooked through and slightly flaky.

Add hot honey: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the salmon bites while they are still warm.

Finish with lemon: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the bites for an extra zing and toss gently.

Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for a refreshing touch.
