1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup milk

1 large egg

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup heavy cream

Prepare the Chocolate Sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

    Make the Pancake Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

      Combine the Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes while you preheat the skillet.
