2 lbs chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons lemon zest

2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a cooling rack inside the baking sheet to allow air to circulate around the wings.

    Prepare the Wings: In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the wings are evenly coated.

      Arrange on the Rack: Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on the cooling rack. This will help them become crispy as they cook.

        Bake the Wings: Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
