Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles as per the perforation.

Layer the Filling: On the wider end of each triangle, place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by 2-3 slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning on top.

Roll Them Up: Starting from the wider end, carefully roll the triangle towards the point, gently tucking in the sides as you roll to encase the cheese and pepperoni. Place each rolled croissant on the baking sheet.

Brush with Olive Oil: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of each croissant roll for a golden finish.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.

Serve: Let the croissant rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
