Ingredients

1 bottle of dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

1 cup coconut rum

2 cups pineapple juice

1/2 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup diced strawberries

1 orange, sliced

1 lime, sliced

1 can of soda water (to taste)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and orange liqueur. Stir well to combine.

Add the pineapple chunks, diced strawberries, orange slices, and lime slices to the pitcher. Gently mix the fruits into the liquid.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. This can be done overnight for an even more robust flavor.

Just before serving, add ice cubes to glasses and pour the sangria over the ice. Top each glass with a splash of soda water to add fizz.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of tropical freshness.
