Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp:

    - In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

      - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

        Make the Avocado:

          - In a separate bowl, combine diced avocados with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Gently stir to combine, making sure not to mash the avocados.

            Prepare the Mango Salsa:

              - In another bowl, mix together the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Adjust the seasoning as needed, then set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

                Whisk Together the Lime-Chili Sauce:

                  - In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, and salt until smooth.

                    Assemble the Bowls:

                      - Start by placing a base of cooked rice or quinoa in each bowl. Top with the cooked shrimp, then add a generous scoop of the lime-avocado mixture and the mango salsa. Drizzle with the lime-chili sauce.

                        Garnish and Serve:

                          - Add lime wedges and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Shrimp and Avocado Bowls!
