Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2-3 limes)

1/4 cup agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup coconut water (or sparkling water for fizz)

1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)

Lime wedges and strawberry slices for garnish

Coarse sea salt or sugar for rimming (optional)

Ice cubes

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses: If you'd like a salted or sugared rim, rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glasses and dip them in coarse salt or sugar to coat.

Make the Strawberry Puree: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and a tablespoon of agave syrup. Blend until smooth. You can strain the puree through a fine sieve for a smoother texture, though this step is optional.

Mix the Mocktail: In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree, fresh lime juice, remaining agave syrup, coconut water, and orange juice. Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Chill: If you prefer your mocktail chilled, add ice cubes into the pitcher or refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.

Serve: Fill each prepared glass with ice and pour the strawberry lime mixture over the top. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish: Add lime wedges and strawberry slices to each glass for decoration.

Enjoy: Serve immediately with a straw or a stirring stick, and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Lime Mocktail Margarita!
