2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 avocado, diced

1 cup shredded lettuce (Romaine or iceberg)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup lime juice

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, red onion, avocado, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped cilantro.
